Det kan tage omkring 14 års omhyggeligt opdræt, før støren er klar til at give kaviar. Let saltet efter Malossol-metoden er Beluga ikke berømt for en overvældende smag, men for sin finesse: subtil, elegant og smukt raffineret.

THE CAVIAR RITUAL

Best served straight from the tin, over ice.

Use a mother-of-pearl spoon and let the pearls rest on your tongue. Gently press them against your palate and let the flavours unfold.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, enjoy within 24–48 hours. Do not freeze.
