Το Royal Baerii προέρχεται από τον οξύρρυγχο της Σιβηρίας (Acipenser baerii), ένα από τα είδη οξύρρυγχου που ωριμάζουν νωρίτερα. Χρειάζονται περίπου επτά χρόνια προσεκτικής εκτροφής μέχρι ο οξύρρυγχος να είναι έτοιμος να δώσει χαβιάρι. Ελαφρά αλατισμένο με τη μέθοδο Malossol, το Baerii είναι φρέσκο, καθαρό και διακριτικά αλμυρό. Μια εύκολη εισαγωγή στον κόσμο του χαβιαριού, χωρίς συμβιβασμούς στον χαρακτήρα.

Best served straight from the tin, over ice.

Use a mother-of-pearl spoon and let the pearls rest on your tongue. Gently press them against your palate and let the flavours unfold.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, enjoy within 24–48 hours. Do not freeze.
