O Royal Beluga provém do lendário esturjão beluga (Huso huso), o esturjão de maturação mais lenta da nossa coleção. Podem ser necessários cerca de 14 anos de criação cuidadosa até o esturjão estar pronto para produzir caviar. Levemente salgado segundo o método Malossol, o Beluga é celebrado não por um sabor intenso, mas pela sua delicadeza: subtil, elegante e belamente requintado.

THE CAVIAR RITUAL

Best served straight from the tin, over ice.

Use a mother-of-pearl spoon and let the pearls rest on your tongue. Gently press them against your palate and let the flavours unfold.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, enjoy within 24–48 hours. Do not freeze.
