Το Royal Beluga προέρχεται από τον θρυλικό οξύρρυγχο Beluga (Huso huso), τον οξύρρυγχο που ωριμάζει πιο αργά στη συλλογή μας. Μπορεί να χρειαστούν περίπου 14 χρόνια προσεκτικής εκτροφής μέχρι ο οξύρρυγχος να είναι έτοιμος να δώσει χαβιάρι. Ελαφρά αλατισμένο με τη μέθοδο Malossol, το Beluga εκτιμάται όχι για μια έντονη γεύση, αλλά για τη λεπτότητά του: διακριτικό, κομψό και υπέροχα εκλεπτυσμένο.

Use a mother-of-pearl spoon and let the pearls rest on your tongue. Gently press them against your palate and let the flavours unfold.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, enjoy within 24–48 hours. Do not freeze.
