Imperial provine dintr-un hibrid de sturion de Amur și Kaluga (Acipenser schrenckii × Huso dauricus), care reunește două specii într-un caviar distinct. Use a mother-of-pearl spoon and let the pearls rest on your tongue. Gently press them against your palate and let the flavours unfold.
