Royal Baerii provine de la sturionul siberian (Acipenser baerii), una dintre speciile de sturioni care ajung mai devreme la maturitate. Best served straight from the tin, over ice.

Use a mother-of-pearl spoon and let the pearls rest on your tongue. Gently press them against your palate and let the flavours unfold.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, enjoy within 24–48 hours. Do not freeze.
