Oscietra kommer från rysk stör (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii), som vanligtvis föds upp omsorgsfullt i omkring åtta år innan den ger kaviar. Lätt saltad enligt Malossol-metoden är Oscietra känd för sin karaktäristiska nötiga smak och sina lager av salt smak med en touch av hav. TASTING NOTES

Nutty. Savoury. Full of character.

A clean touch of salinity comes first, followed by Oscietra’s signature hazelnut and walnut-like notes. Complex and layered, with a warm depth that slowly develops on the palate and keeps revealing more with every spoonful.
THE CAVIAR RITUAL

Best served straight from the tin, over ice.

Use a mother-of-pearl spoon and let the pearls rest on your tongue. Gently press them against your palate and let the flavours unfold.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, enjoy within 24–48 hours. Do not freeze.
