A little more indulgent. A lot more character.

Imperial comes from a hybrid of Amur sturgeon and Kaluga (Acipenser schrenckii × Huso dauricus), bringing together two species in one distinctive caviar. These sturgeon typically take around eight to ten years to mature before producing caviar. Lightly salted using the Malossol method, Imperial is rich and rounded, with warm, toasted notes and a deeper flavour than Baerii.

Serving
TASTING NOTES

Toasty. Rich. Beautifully rounded.

The first bite is savoury and full, developing into warm notes reminiscent of toasted almond and brown butter. A gentle salinity keeps everything balanced, with a rounded finish that stays with you.

THE CAVIAR RITUAL

Best served straight from the tin, over ice.

Use a mother-of-pearl spoon and let the pearls rest on your tongue. Gently press them against your palate and let the flavours unfold.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, enjoy within 24–48 hours. Do not freeze.

NUTRITION

Tiny pearls, serious nutrition.

Caviar is naturally packed with Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin B12 and high-quality protein. Indulgent? Absolutely. But there’s a lot of goodness hiding inside every spoonful.
