Royal Beluga comes from the legendary Beluga sturgeon (Huso huso), the slowest-maturing sturgeon in our collection. It can take around 14 years of careful rearing before the sturgeon is ready to produce caviar. Lightly salted using the Malossol method, Beluga is celebrated not for overpowering flavour, but for its delicacy subtle, elegant and beautifully refined.

Soft, delicate pearls melt effortlessly on the palate, revealing a subtle taste of the sea with a gentle richness underneath. Clean and beautifully restrained, with an elegant flavour that slowly unfolds and lingers.
THE CAVIAR RITUAL

Best served straight from the tin, over ice.

Use a mother-of-pearl spoon and let the pearls rest on your tongue. Gently press them against your palate and let the flavours unfold.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, enjoy within 24–48 hours. Do not freeze.
